CarCoop will lease you a car at a fixed rate and for a fixed period. This rate includes registration, insurance, CTP Insurance, Roadside Assistance and 1 year of scheduled servicing.

No. All CarCoop contracts are paid in advance, this means that it is extremely important that you pay for your vehicle on time as per your payment schedule. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of contract.
Currently, our vehicles range in price from $139 per week to $249 per week.
Yes, you can select your vehicle from our fleet depending on your ability to pay for the vehicle. We aim to provide our clients with a range of vehicles and pricing and our fleet is changing daily.
Your weekly payments include:

If your payments are made on time and the final inspection and hand-over are complete, you can own your car in just 2 years.
Yes, if your circumstances change and you would like to own your car sooner you can pay-out your rental contract and incur no penalties.
The pay-on-time bonus is issued after 6 months of successful on-time payments. It is a reward for awesome clients and comes in the form of a variety of gift vouchers or cash deposits.
The application itself should take approximately 30 minutes; it may then take the team 3 days to process your application to finality. We know it’s important to get you into a car as soon as we can, we will aim to complete the entire process within 1 week.
We will need you to provide 100 points of identification, 2 payslips, 90 days of bank statements and any Centrelink statements.
We look at your earnings, your expenses and your existing debt. This allows us to thoroughly assess your capacity to pay for the vehicle.
If your application is successfully approved, we will make an appointment for you to visit the Carcoop Client Lounge. These appointments generally take 1 hour, they allow us time to review and sign the contract, create a client file, have a cup of tea and go over your vehicle. Our staff want to make sure you have a full understanding of the process and the vehicle so that you leave confident and happy.
Your vehicle can be driven by anyone over the age of 21 if they have a P2 licence or above.
Our aim is to provide you with superb customer service and a car that you love. If you tell your friends and family about us and they also sign up for a car you will receive a Carcoop Referral Bonus of $150. You can use this Referral Bonus as a credit at the end of your Rental Agreement, this will save you time and money allowing you to own your car sooner.
You have a full 90 Day Warranty on your vehicle so please contact us as soon as any problem arises. We want to help you wherever we can, so please communicate with us regularly.
